Workshop Introduction to food by Carolina Almeida (Baby food)
The chef will teach you how to prepare a variety of soups and porridges, how to plan your baby's meals and how to develop textures.
In this workshop you will learn:
- Foods you can and can't offer your baby;
- Safe textures for each stage;
- How to plan a successful food introduction;
- Food cooking techniques;
- Techniques for preparing baby's meals in advance;
- How to sanitise, pack and preserve food;
- Delicious and nutritious recipes for introducing food;
- How to vary the food offered as much as possible;
- Including nutritious foods in the family diet during the baby's introduction;
- How to cook pulses, cereals and vegetables that are always delicious.
Aimed at mums and dads of children between the ages of 1 and 6.
