The Cascais Capítulo Perfeito is an international surfing event featuring 4 Portuguese male surfers, 12 international surfers, and 4 female surfers.
The event consists of a one-day competition in search of the perfect waves at Carcavelos Beach, which is why the waiting period is 2 months.
If conditions are met, a yellow alert is issued before the event, which may or may not be confirmed two days later.
