In addition to the Library's opening hours, the Cascais Municipal Library - Casa da Horta da Quinta de Santa Clara offers a study room with the following opening hours:
Monday: 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. | 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The Cascais Municipal Library - Casa da Horta da Quinta de Santa Clara is housed in an 18th-century building and was the first in the municipality to join the National Network of Public Libraries.
In terms of freely accessible spaces, the ground floor of the building houses the reception area, children's and youth areas, and the Anrique Paço d'Arcos Auditorium/Library, while the first floor houses the adult reading rooms—literature, knowledge, and reference—and the multimedia area.
Outside, there is an outdoor reading area, an educational vegetable garden, and a scent garden, a legacy of the history of the surrounding area that was preserved, giving it identity and making this (now) library a unique place.
