Municipal Library of Cascais - Casa da Horta da Quinta de Sta. Clara
The Municipal Library - Casa da Horta da Quinta de Santa Clara is located in a building from the18th century and was the first one to be integrated in the National Network of Public Libraries.
With free access it may be found, on the ground floor of the building, a lobby, am area for children and youth and the Anrique Paço d’Arcos Auditorium. On the first floor you have the reading rooms and a multimedia area.
Outside, a charming outdoor reading area can be foun as well as a pedagogical vegetable garden and a herb garden.
