Pizza da Horta: Flavors with Barbela Wheat

In this cooking workshop at Quinta do Pisรฃo, we'll explore how to make handmade pizzas using dough made from Barbela wheat, an ancestral Portuguese variety. The activity includes a short visit to the farm's vegetable garden to pick seasonal ingredients that will be used in the pizzas - such as tomatoes, herbs and fresh vegetables. The experience values organic farming, the use of local products and promotes sustainable food practices.
