Nature Trails - Explore the Natural Park!
Discover the nature trails you can follow in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park!
We invite you to take part in the walks organised by Cascais Ambiente, one Saturday a month, starting at 10h00.

25th January - TN 6 - Tapada da Roçada Trail
8th February - TN 14 - Penhas do Marmeleiro Trail
15th March - TN 13 - Ribeiro da Mula Trail
26th April - TN 11 - Vale de Cavalos Trail
17th May - TN12 - Alto do Mato Trail
7th June - TN 1 - Abano Trail
26th July - TN 5 - Píncaros Trail
16th August - TN 7 - Fontaínhas Trail
13th September - TN 4 - Peninha Trail (This walk takes place at sunset)
18th October - TN 9 - Pedra Amarela Trail
22nd November - TN 8 - Tapada da Urzeira Trail
6th December - TN 10 - Cabeço da Raposa Trail
The trails are of low to medium difficulty and can therefore be done by the general public. We recommend that you bring suitable clothing and footwear, a hat, sun cream and water.
Target audience: Adults and children over 6 years old
