Visit to the Town Museum
In this visit, we won't stay still in time!
We will go back to the Paleolithic era, pass through Romans and Arabs, witness the Spanish invasion of 1580, and build forts and walls.
We will bathe with the royal family, observe spies during World War II, feel the glamour of Estoril in the 1940s, and return to the intelligent Cascais of the present, which grows and adapts to the times and people.
It is a historical journey, in a modern and interactive route, accompanied by a set of pieces, many of which are little known to the public, that help tell and illustrate some of the main moments in the history of this region. It is an activity of the Cultural and Educational Service.
