Description

Starting with invisible collage, we transfer an image of our choice onto the canvas. In a second phase, we draw on the knowledge we have already acquired and apply gold leaf to (re)create an icon that expresses the social, cultural, or religious significance of a particular era and context.
The first work is done on canvas/MDF board and the second on MDF board. The canvas-covered MDF board, MDF board, glues, paints, and gold leaf are provided by the Museum.
