Using barbela wheat flour and sourdough, these creative workshops, led by Celso Santos, offer a practical and sensory experience of the main stages of traditional bread making: kneading, shaping, natural fermentation, and baking.

Join us at the Cascais Rural Interpretation Center for one of these unique moments of sharing, where memories of rural life and traditional customs are revived, reinforcing our collective identity through the simple and ancestral gesture of making bread.
