About the chef:
Chef with over 15 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant sector, with a consolidated career in leading hotels. He combines technical rigor with a creative and strategic vision, excelling in kitchen management, menu planning, and the promotion of local and seasonal products, combining tradition and gastronomic innovation. He has been in charge of the kitchen at the Pena Park Hotel & Biclaque Origens since 2017.
