This workshop, led by Chef Jerónimo Figueiró, invites participants to discover how to prepare fresh salads and creative canapés with ingredients harvested directly from the Quinta do Pisão vegetable garden.
The activity begins with a brief guided tour of the vegetable garden, followed by a practical session on how to prepare healthy, colorful, and flavorful dishes. We will use vegetables, edible flowers, and organic herbs.
A delicious and educational experience, ideal for families, lovers of healthy food, and enthusiasts of sustainable gastronomy.
