Scale dyeing workshop, at the King Carlos Maritime Museum
With a focus on reusing materials and reducing waste, the Museu do Mar Rei D. Carlos has been using fish scales as artistic raw material in its workshops, transforming this delicate material into vibrant surfaces, revealing unique colors, textures, and patterns. In this workshop, participants will learn the treatment and dyeing process, giving free rein to their imagination in creating a work of art at the end.
This is an Envolve-te activity - Cultural and Educational Service Program, which takes place as part of the 10th anniversary of the Museum Quarter.
