Description
To mark International Older Persons Day and World Music Day, both celebrated on October 1, the Library is hosting this workshop to demonstrate how music can be everywhere if there is space and respect for a fundamental element: rhythm! We will use our own bodies, the sound of our voices, cups, boxes, tubes, and other objects that, combined with movement and rhythm, produce music together in an active and fun way!
Target audience: For adults aged 55 and over.
