Puppy Yoga is a fun and relaxing experience that combines a gentle yoga class with the presence of dogs, who move freely between the mattresses, while participantspractise stretching and breathing exercises. With the therapist Cรกtia Pereira and the litter of German shepherds from Mudita Exclusive Dog Services, aย morning full of good energy and relaxation is expected.
Necessary material: mattress or towel and comfortable clothes.
