PARTY TIME | Portraits, with André Ruivo
September is the month in which we mark the opening of the Paula Rego House of Stories to the public. On the 18th, we celebrate the House's 16th anniversary with a special program.
As part of the Envolve-te program, the Cultural and Educational Service invited André Rui, one of Portugal's contemporary illustrators, to challenge participants to draw unlikely portraits based on the many characters that live in Paula Rego's work (and in us too!).
An activity for everyone to reinvent themselves in drawing, through improvisation and visual metaphor, just like Paula Rego.
