COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES AND EMOTION MANAGEMENT FOR ATHLETES' PARENTS
Sports is an excellent platform for developing a set of skills in young people that, in addition to being beneficial for their sporting performance, are the foundation for building Happy Human Beings who are more prepared to deal with the challenges of adult life. In this context, Parents play a fundamental role in their children's sporting lives, as being a parent of an athlete involves facing a set of challenges for which educators are rarely prepared.
This action will share with parents/educators a set of knowledge and techniques that enable them to deal more effectively with various moments in their children's sporting lives. The training will address the following topics:
