SOFT STRETCHING AND POSTURAL EDUCATION
Soft stretching is an exercise modality aimed at gently and gradually stretching the muscles, increasing body flexibility, and promoting relaxation. However, postural education seeks to correct and prevent problems related to posture through body alignment techniques and postural awareness. Both approaches merge into a class where we will work to improve quality of life, promoting connection with our bodies and physical and mental balance.
It is aimed at anyone wishing to connect more deeply with their bodies, improve posture, and work on stretching to feel better. There is no age limit, as the exercises will be adapted to the needs of each participant.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes, socks for barefoot work, a mat or something to support themselves on the floor, a towel, and be willing to take care of their body and mind during the class.
