The Bread Cycle
In the interpretive space of the Moinho de Armação, we get up close to the history of milling in the municipality, with a focus on the operation of the American-type Moinho de Armação in Alcabideche and the activities related to this equipment.
In this initiative by the Cultural and Educational Service, participants take on the roles once assigned to the miller, performing all the tasks of operating the mill, including selecting and grinding the grain, ending with the production of dough and the much-desired bread baked in the oven, which will be offered to each of the "millers" in a highly interactive activity.
