It's all flour from the same sack
Description
Are all flours the same? That's the challenge we want to present to families through experimentation and exploration of traditional cereal flours like barbela wheat and modern flours. In this workshop, farmer-baker Celso Santos will demonstrate some of the stages of bread production, from kneading to baking in a wood-fired oven, and at the end, participants can even take home a small loaf of bread.
