Latin Rhythms
Description
Latin rhythms, filled with energetic movements, bring the joy and passion characteristic of Latin culture. In each session, we will explore the most popular Caribbean rhythms: salsa, merengue, cha cha cha, bachata, and much more. The goal is not only to learn to dance but also to exercise the body and mind, promoting positive emotions and strengthening our connection.
Open to anyone interested in this dance, regardless of their condition.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a towel, and water to stay hydrated during the class.
This initiative does not require registration.
