Science and Art - Chia Slime and Hair-Growing Doll
Description
For these activities, we'll combine science and art during the May Day festivities. Children will make slime, handle and observe the texture of the materials used in their natural state, and then mixed with water, witnessing the transformation when they are combined. Later, they'll play and create sculptures freely. Then, using hydrated chia, eggshells, and soil, they'll create a doll that grows hair.
