Lecture "Extinction of Ice Age Megafauna"
Description
This lecture will characterize the Pleistocene megafauna, made up of large mammals such as mammoths, mention the environmental changes produced by glaciations and interglacial periods and the consequences that the end of the last glaciation had on the large species that dominated the last glacial period. The question that these extinctions are the beginning of a period of mass extinction will also be addressed.
