This activity is part of the celebrations marking the 25th anniversary of the Cascais Municipal Library - Casa da Horta da Quinta de Santa Clara.
The accordion book is more than just a book, it is a work of continuous folds that combines illustration, graphic design, and visual narrative. An invitation to experiment and create unique stories in three-dimensional format.
These workshops aim to introduce participants to the world of book objects, promoting the intersection between visual arts, creative illustration, and handmade graphic design in an informal, inclusive, and stimulating environment. They offer an intergenerational encounter, where children and adults draw side by side, rediscovering the pleasure of attention, listening, and joint creation.
