Francisco Avillez, from Cascais, was a full professor of Agricultural Economics and Policy at the Instituto Superior de Agronomia of the University of Lisbon. He is a founding partner and scientific coordinator of AGRO.GES, since 1989, and a member of the group of experts for the CAP reform, post-2013 and post-2020.
