Description
Vitamina S is our conversation circle that will take place every Wednesday from 6pm to 7.30pm at the Cascais Jovem space in Parede. It's a great opportunity to connect with other people, share experiences and learn more about how to look after your wellbeing.
This project is part of Espaço S and the first session is on 30 October at Espaço Cascais Jovem in Parede. The first theme will be Mental Health and will vary over the weeks, so don't miss this moment of sharing and sign up.
