The Leadership Summit Next Gen is an annual event organized by Tema Central and the Global Shapers of the World Economic Forum-Lisbon Hub, aimed at young people, which aims to produce relevant knowledge in various areas related to Leadership.
It is the largest national initiative related to Leadership for young people.
