Flavours with history is a series of theoretical and practical sessions on gastronomy, which aim to promote foods, ingredients and recipes of historical importance from a particular place or country through their preparation, recreation and reinterpretation.
Participants have the opportunity to learn how to prepare these recipes, as well as their origins and historically significant facts associated with them.
These sessions are free and open to the public upon registration.
This โFlavours with Historyโ session will be dedicated to chocolate, in collaboration with Diogo Vaz Chocolates, and will also include a demonstration and tasting.
