Will you hug me? | Story Time by João Borges de Oliveira
In collaboration with the cultural association Boutique da Cultura, this activity is part of the celebrations for the 25th anniversary of the Cascais Municipal Library - Casa da Horta da Quinta de Santa Clara.
Based on one of the most recent works included in the National Reading Plan, “Abraças-me?” (Will you hug me?), this story time will be led by the author, João Borges de Oliveira. It is a book inspired by the issues of refugees and war, exploring the parallel between “here and there” and the power of gestures that can mean much more than we imagine.
Small gestures can have profound and transformative meanings. Let's discover together the importance of hugs, affection, and knowing how to welcome others!
