Workshop on Traditional Basket Weaving Techniques
In this workshop, Domingos Vaz will share the ancient art of basket weaving. By intertwining natural fibers, participants will have the opportunity to create unique and authentic pieces, while discovering traditional techniques used by local artisans. By experimenting with different types of weaving and materials, our “artisans” for a day will develop manual skills and shape functional or decorative baskets.
