Wine Dinner with Sparkling Wines by Quinta da Corrieira
Our wine dinner celebrates the art of pairing with sparkling wine, bringing to the table an effervescent journey through Portugal: various sparkling wines from different regions โ Bairrada, Vinho Verde and Lisbon โ each with its own personality, accompanied by a Champagne to complete the experience with an international touch. An evening designed for those who enjoy discovering nuances, comparing terroirs and toasting at the table with elegance, lightness and plenty of lively conversation.
Quinta da Corrieira presents this moment through the CORRIEIRA Wine Club, a project born from the desire to bring people closer to true wine treasures โ those that rarely make it to supermarket shelves or restaurant menus. Here, small Portuguese producers of excellence and great terroirs from around the world are revealed, always with simplicity and relaxation, supporting creative and passionate winegrowers. And, of course, with Carcavelos Wine as the emotional star of all the meetings โ the soul of a project as crazy as it is special, which the Wine Club helps to sustain, sip by sip.
