Workshop: “You'll get stressed, but you'll be happy!” (Stress Management)
Session aimed at young people aged between 12 and 30. This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to develop a broad and integrated view of stress, in order to make the most of it when it is useful and reduce it when it becomes harmful. Stress has become a ‘public enemy’ and most of the mental health problems we suffer from are, in some way, related to the stress we experience throughout our lives. Regardless of each person's mental structure, we all feel stress at some point. Therefore, it is essential to develop appropriate strategies to deal with it and not just to avoid it.
