Description

The main aim of this beginner's course is to encourage participants' creativity by teaching them how to create their own recipes and how to present dishes in a visually appealing way.

This introductory cooking module III will cover a range of topics:

- Introduction to creative cooking: how to adapt classic recipes.
- Combining flavors and textures.
- Techniques for assembling and presenting dishes.
- Use of fresh herbs and decorative elements.
- Preparing a complete menu (starter, main course, side dish and dessert).
- Evaluation and critique of the dishes presented

About the chef:

Jeronimo Silva is a professional passionate about gastronomy, with a solid academic background and a diversified career in Brazil and abroad. With a degree in Gastronomy and a post-graduate degree in Marketing, he stands out for creating innovative menus, leading teams and teaching at renowned institutions such as SENAC and the Gustave Eiffel Professional School.

With extensive experience in gastronomic consultancy, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for drawing up technical sheets, planning menus and managing events for Santander. Her career includes stints in the kitchens of leading restaurants in São Paulo and Lisbon, where she honed her knowledge of contemporary and traditional Portuguese cuisine. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in the management of kitchens and the offer of exceptional gastronomic experiences, contributing to the growth of the sector.
