Cities, Architecture and Archives in the Ibero-American Context 6th Meeting
The origin of this scientific meeting was the desire to interpret and disseminate the relevance of private construction files in municipal archives and urban planning services for the development of research in the field of Architecture and Information Science. This initial general objective was broadened over the following editions, with the aim of enriching reflection and the production of knowledge in the Ibero-American context. Today, it has established itself as a space for debate between architects, architectural researchers and archivists from academic, municipal and district circles, in the search for bridges between the work carried out in the world of architecture and archives, how they complement each other and are inseparable, but also how this collaborative work can be enhanced.
