Chinese martial arts are ancient practices from which most of the world's known fighting systems derive. In addition to combat training, their original purpose, they have always included the component of health maintenance and reflection.
Nowadays they are sought after by all kinds of people interested in developing physical skills as well as mental and emotional faculties. The benefits manifest themselves in a short time and intensify with training, favouring physical aspects such as cardiorespiratory capacity, endurance and muscle tone, and psychological aspects such as self-confidence and resilience.
