Body Awareness for a balanced body and mind: Hypopressive Exercises

Hypopressive exercises are an effective technique for improving posture, strengthening the core and promoting deep body balance. Through controlled breathing and specific muscle contractions, this practice helps tone the abdominal region, relieve tension and improve pelvic health.

Try this unique approach and feel the benefits in your body!

โ€˜Yoga: Re-learning to be presentโ€™

Life happens in the present moment, but our mind tends to be scattered and constantly living between the past and the future.

In Yoga Classes our main aim is to develop concentration and a state of presence, where mind and body remain united. Postures and breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques are tools that we will explore and that will help us develop this internal state, not only in class but also in our day-to-day lives.

Conscious Movement: Spring

We propose a set of movement and breathing practices aimed at conscious self-care. We will listen to the body and mind as a whole, suggesting different techniques that facilitate relaxation, regeneration and revitalisation.

A way of taking gentle care of our health and well-being.

Meditation in movement: centring attention on the body

A practice in which the focus is on the present moment and the connection with physical sensations. Unlike traditional meditation, which usually involves sitting still and focusing on breathing or thoughts, in this practice we will bring attention to the bodily experience by walking in different ways through the space of the room.
