Easter pastry with mother dough in a wood-fired oven
Description
Come and learn the recipe for Easter cake and then prepare it for the family. You'll also learn the technique for moulding and decorating and at the end of the experience you'll take home a delicious mini folar. This experience is supported by the CERTRA project and carried out by baker Peter Pão.
