FAMILY TIME
Description
The Family Time Club consists of a cycle of 8 sessions, during after-work hours. It focuses on the challenges of parenting adult sons and daughters with disabilities and/or mental illness who are investing in their employability. The club promotes a safe space for reflection and self-care for family members and carers.
