The Street is Ours Seminar
This seminar will present the evaluation of the pilot project ‘A Rua é Nossa’ (The Street is Ours), an urban transformation project carried out in several parishes in the municipality of Cascais with a focus on children and their families, defending the right to a space that belongs to everyone and to play.
It will also be an opportunity to share experiences, both national and international, including a workshop with adults to understand what needs, potential and resources exist from a child's perspective.
The aim of this meeting is to promote the integration of this type of project into public policy strategies, with the aim of all children and young people being able to use the street to play, walk or cycle to school safely.
