Cascais will once again be the epicenter of Europe's largest fire festival in 2025 with the 7th edition of Chefs on Fire, scheduled for September 20 and 21. This unique festival in Portugal brings together the best national and international chefs for a memorable celebration of fire, food, sustainability and community.
The concept that has captivated Portugal since its debut is based on slow cooking, with the guest chefs cooking exclusively with fire, smoke and wood, in an experience that combines authenticity and innovation. The heart of the festival will once again be the emblematic 90 square meter firepit, where the magic happens for 48 uninterrupted hours.
In addition to the gastronomy, the event offers a line-up of national bands, creating the perfect balance between music and taste.
