Workshop Easter Menu by chef João d'Eça Lima
This Easter Menu Workshop will be a journey through the techniques, recipes and flavours of a Beira manor house in the 1940s, where the memories of a family, the experience and the flavours will accompany a conversation with a cooking demonstration and the participation of everyone so that each recipe takes on a life and a form cooked in joy and between all the hands present.

About the chef:
Chef João d'Eça Lima, is the chef and owner of Xisto, a restaurant/workshop in Louçainha, Penela, where he researches and recovers recipes from Portuguese gastronomic tradition and culture, having already received several awards and nominations, including the Table of Merit from the Boa Cama Boa Mesa Guide in 2022.
