Presentation “Food System Transformation and Climate Action”
As part of the “Sustainable Pathways” event, a presentation will be given on the challenges and solutions for ensuring accessibility to nutritious, safe and sustainable food in urban areas. The FoodCLIC project, in collaboration with various political, scientific and civil society actors, seeks to promote integrated urban food policies that include food considerations in urban planning and ensure that everyone, especially vulnerable communities, has access to healthy food.
During the presentation, we will explore how municipal initiatives can be strengthened and integrated into the broader policy context to overcome systemic barriers and expand access to sustainable food for all.
