How to Communicate to Be Heard: Workshop by Inês Marques
This workshop invites practical reflection on the challenges of family communication, especially in the relationship between parents and children. The goal is to offer tools to help develop more active, conscious, and empathetic listening.
“Have you ever felt that you speak, but your child doesn't listen? That their answers are limited to 'yes' or 'no,' avoiding deeper conversations?” These are some of the questions that Inês Marques, a Parenting Coach, will explore. Through effective communication techniques, she will guide participants in building healthier and more meaningful dialogues, promoting a family environment based on understanding, respect, and empathy.
Format: It will include interactive presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises, providing a safe space for participants to explore and practice their communication skills.
Target audience: parents interested in improving family communication and strengthening bonds with their children.
