"Give Me a Hug" Concert and "80s/90s Rock Revival" Concert, in Cascais Bay
Cascais presents two concerts bringing together local philharmonic bands and national music stars in the mythical setting of Cascais Bay.
On May 22nd, International Hug Day, the Carcavelos Philharmonic Band, conducted by Maestro Cristina Nogueira, takes to the stage with Miguel Gameiro and guests for Give Me a Hug. The concert is titled after one of the musician's songs. We will hear this and other great hits by Miguel Gameiro and Pólo Norte.
The following night, on May 23rd, we revisit the rock that continues to mark generations. The Philharmonic Band of the Talaíde Musical and Sports Solidarity Group, conducted by Maestro Paulo Guia, invites Banda Gástrica, a Portuguese rock/cover band with an irreverent and energetic style.
