Flavours with History – Barbela Wheat
“Flavours with History” is a series of theoretical and hands-on gastronomic sessions designed to promote historically significant foods, ingredients, and recipes from a specific region or country through their preparation, recreation, and reinterpretation.
This edition of “Flavours with History” will be dedicated to Barbela wheat and will also include a live demonstration and tasting session. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the preparation of these recipes, as well as their origins and the historical facts associated with them.
The sessions take place at the facilities of Cascais FoodLab, located in the Mercado da Vila de Cascais. They are free of charge and open to the public upon registration.
