Forty-four scattered chronicles have now found a new home in Caderneta de Mar. They tell of adventures, friendships, dreams, tears, and smiles, always against the backdrop of the blue ocean. Surfing is, in the author's view, a form of art in motion.
Joรฃo Meneses was born in January 1977 in Lisbon. He has a degree in sociology and a postgraduate degree in management. He started playing in the waves at the age of 12 and took it more seriously from the age of 14. Since then, the sea has been his home.
