Mini Chefs Workshop - Christmas
This will be a gastronomic workshop dedicated to children, where they can literally get their hands dirty and learn how to make delicious Christmas recipes, perfect for adding to the festive table this year!
Finally, we will gather around the table to taste all the recipes prepared and let the kids share flavors and smiles.ย
About the Chef:
Julia Seraya is an enthusiastic pastry chef from Ukraine who started out as an entrepreneur making cakes and desserts, creating her own brandโSerayapechet. While fulfilling orders, Julia learned and perfected baking techniques as well as the art of decoration.
Her engineering background combined with her passion for creating led her to victory in the All-Ukrainian Chef Competition.ย
Working in a five-star hotel taught Julia how to meet customer demands using modern techniques such as molecular gastronomy.
