Summer Concert by the Christus Ensemble Choir
On 14 June, the Noble Hall of Cascais Town Hall will host a special concert by the Christus Ensemble Choir. Dedicated to choral music, the event celebrates the arrival of summer through a diverse programme featuring works from different periods and musical styles.
The concert promises a captivating musical journey, marked by the harmony of voices, the richness of the repertoire and the unique atmosphere of the venue.
The Christus Ensemble Choir is an amateur choir founded in 2010, with strong ties to the local community and the cultural life of the municipality of Cascais. The choir has been conducted by Maestro João Carlos Teixeira since its foundation. While particularly focused on sacred and liturgical music, its repertoire is varied and often extends to light gospel and seasonal thematic works.
