Turkish Cooking Workshop by Chef Sahima Hajat
In this Turkish Cooking Workshop, participants will learn how to prepare some of the most iconic dishes of Middle Eastern cuisine, including gรถzleme, babaganoush, tavuk ลiล, kebab, Arabic bread and classic hummus, finishing with the chef's signature dessert: khdaif with pistachios and strawberries.
The experience includes a tasting of all the dishes prepared, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Using fresh and authentic ingredients, participants will explore traditional techniques and flavours through spices such as cumin, sumac and za'atar. The workshop is suitable for participants of all skill levels.
About the Chef | Sahima Hajat is a professional chef, author and food content creator, and the winner of MasterChef Portugal. Specialising in Indian, Arabic and Mozambican cuisine, she is dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional recipes through a contemporary approach, combining authenticity, technique and storytelling to create memorable gastronomic experiences.
