The Country Estate of a Wealthy Roman: Historical Re-enactment at the Villa of Freiria
A guided theatrical tour of the Roman Villa of Freiria, featuring actors whose characters recreate daily life on this rural estate two thousand years ago. Both entertaining and highly informative, the visit explores all excavated and visible areas of the site, explaining their functions in as much detail as possible. The experience culminates at the manor house, adorned with the mosaic that covers the triclinium floor, recently integrated into the site's museum interpretation.
Target audience: General public (ages 12 and over)
