Mini Chefs: Vegetarian Cooking Workshop
This gastronomic workshop is specially designed for children, giving them the opportunity to literally get their hands in the dough and learn how to prepare delicious recipes while exploring new flavours and techniques in a fun and creative way.
At the end of the workshop, everyone will gather around the table to taste the dishes they have prepared and share flavours, discoveries and plenty of smiles. The menu will include a complete meal, featuring a starter, main course, dessert and a drink.
About the Chef | Julia Seraya is a passionate pastry chef from Ukraine who began her entrepreneurial journey by creating cakes and desserts under her own brand, Serayapechet. Through fulfilling orders, Julia developed and refined both her baking techniques and the art of decoration. Her background in engineering, combined with her passion for creating, led her to win the All-Ukrainian Chef Competition. Working in a five-star hotel taught Julia how to meet the highest customer expectations, using modern techniques such as molecular gastronomy.
