Flavours with a History – Oyster
“Flavours with History” is a series of theoretical and practical sessions focusing on gastronomy, which aim to promote foods, ingredients and recipes of historical significance from a particular place or country, through their preparation, recreation and reinterpretation.
Participants can learn how to prepare these recipes, as well as about their origins and the historical facts associated with them.
These sessions are free of charge and open to the public upon registration.
This edition of “Flavours with History” will be dedicated to oysters and will also include a demonstration and tasting session.
