To counter the storms that ravaged our green spaces at the start of the year, let’s breathe new life into the gardens!
The “Planting with Grandparents” activity begins with a short reading of the story “My Secret Tree” by David Pintor. Afterwards, inspired by gardening – a long-standing passion of the Count of Castro Guimarães – grandparents and grandchildren are invited to pick up their spades and plant together in what were once known as the “Count’s gardens”.
A morning dedicated to creating memories between two generations, strengthening bonds as resilient as roots, and contributing to an ever-greener Cascais.
